To share a car from 18 Core Car sharing, you must:
Be at least 25 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Have a credit or debit card in your name.
No, we do not have any hidden fees. We believe in transparent pricing with no extra mileage costs or surprise charges. Only one payment easy and simple, We try to keep our price budget friendly so it doesn't hurt your pocket, So you can enjoy the most of it.
You will need to provide:
A valid driver’s license copy front & back side plus an ID if you are not the resident of The Netherlands,A proof of a physical address
A credit or debit card but (most of the our customer prefer direct bank transfers which is quick & easy)
Yes, you can extend your sharing period. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the extension and ensure vehicle availability. As soon we check the availability we can let you know the cost of extension which you can pay directly throw the bank and its all done for you.
Returning the car late may incur additional charges. Please refer to your rental agreement for detailed information on late fees.
No, we offer unlimited mileage on all our rentals, allowing you to explore without any restrictions.
Yes, you can add an additional driver for a small fee. The additional driver must meet the age and license requirements.
Our cars are provided with a full tank of fuel or a full charged battery, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank & battery. If the car is returned with less fuel or battery, a refuelling & electric charge will apply.
Yes, the car comes with WA-verzekering (third-party liability insurance), for full protection insurance please check upon booking with us.
Your booking is subject to an excess depending on the rental car value. This means that if the car is damaged or stolen, you'd be liable up to the amount of the excess, starting from € 1000 up to € 1900.
To insure yourself fully protected please check with us upon booking if you would like to book the car with full protection which comes with extra insurance cost but not to expensive.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any charges. Cancellations made before or within 24 hours may incur a fee.
We accept credit and debit cards and direct bank transfers. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks at this time.
You can book a car online through our website or by calling our customer service. Our quick and easy booking process by sending us online message ensures you can get on the road as soon as possible.
Our cars can be driven anywhere within the country or main land Europe. If you plan to drive out of country, please inform us before booking. International travel out of Main Europe with our sharing cars is not permitted at this moment.
At the pickup date/time the main driver have to sign the rental agreement with prove of all valid require documents afterwords the renter can do a car inspection with one of our staff members who can also show you the different features of the car and explain a bit about the car & hand over the key.
When the renter returns with the car one of our team member will be with them to do the car inspection and for the handover of the key.
Yes, you can book a car for someone else, but the primary driver must meet all sharing requirements and be present at the time of check in to sign the agreement and provide the necessary documentation.
